Lower Merion Township Parks and Recreation and Friends of Pen Wynne Park are creating a more diverse ecosystem by removing dead and dying trees, removing invasive species, and planting large trees, understory trees, shrubs, pollinator plants, and ground cover. We will be adding a nature trail and brush areas for wildlife habitat. The logs will provide stormwater management. We ask for your patience as we create this unique natural resource for our Penn Wynne community.
